The cost of living is also relatively affordable at 6% below national averages. In the evening after it's cooled down a bit, many people walk across the bridge and into Juarez to visit the Mexican bars for music and dancing. Take your pick of bars, lounges, discos or whatever you desire. Cincinnati street is a popular street for local college students and the New Old Plantation is said to be the best dance club in town.

Bear in mind that you will need a car in order to conduct your search for an apartment. You will also need to prepare a renter's resume containing all of your personal and financial information, along with a credit check, to hand to landlords that you meet or to rental agents.
